I would like to thank my mother, who taught me much about copy/paste art making those felt storyboards and mimeographed "flyers", not to mention the newsletter when she was in the PTA. I would also like to thank Betty, who has been an inspiration as well as a great model. And thanks Mae, for getting me excited about something new, and for reinspiring my hope for sense of community on the web.

I added a link to a most perfect Betty Boop website. Rita's site is chock full of original computer created images with a number of themes. She told me she was inspired to create after seeing my poor attempts at artistic endeavor, and this in turn inspires me to create.  Thank you for a beautiful site, Rita.  Also, I updated the link to Glenda's site. "Enter Into Boopness" on her new server.

Just added two links today. "Enter Into Boopness" and "Princess Tawn's Betty Obsession." Both sites offer original Betty composites, designed and created by the webmasters. Also, Mary and Mae have "promoted" me to founder status at The Betty Boop Fan Club. Link below. It's a surprise and a very kind gesture. Thanks, girls.

My first "award" was given to The Betty Boop Pages on 9/4/01 by Mae, the webmaster for "My Bad Betty Boop", a webiste that is singular in that it details the "racier side"of Boopdom. I not only proudly display her award for my humble little "experiment in art" site, but am beginning this new "Banner Exchange" page, which will eventually link to many sites.
